What I recommend is to use the package manager on your distribution and search for any VNC package included in the default repository. While many VNC tools are available for free, not all of them are. It’s possible to use VNC on almost all of them, but the procedure is not as straightforward. Raspberry Pi can run with many alternatives to Raspberry Pi OS ( check my favorites here). Just a quick word about the other systems.
